"Today is the last day of using this company.
I have used them for 11 years but no more.
The work they have performed has been good, even great but they had a change in internal staff last year and the scheduling is terrible.
I schedule a project regarding my backyard to be done this morning, time to come 9 -11 but probably toward the late side as they had to finish another job. Great, I made a point of saying coming later is better. Person to do the job shows up at 8:30 am. my husband works from home on a conference call until 9 am, I tell the person cannot start job till then, maybe come back at 9:15 am to be safe. He doesn't like that answer, asks to go in backyard to measure, he does so but I think he will be back at 9:30am. Fast forward to 10:30 am, no person for the job, no call. I call the office and they ask if the owner hasn't called me, I said no, not knowing he called on my cell phone, by the way I had asked the office to call on the house phone as the cell phone gets very bad reception.
Listen to the voice message, form the owner, person who came to the house this morning said I cancelled the job due to my husbands call and that there was water on the grass and the job would be different.
Mind you, this person did not come to the front door and ask me about the water, sprinkler broke yesterday, would not effect the job.
Anyway owner said he would call the person to come back but of course the person was busy and could not come till next week.
So, I am home for the day I think, why not call the office to schedule something else. I call thinking I will make an appointment for the next few days. Office says someone can come out at 2 pm for my low voltage lights, I say I don't know how long the job will take, they say ok.
Person comes at 2 pm and is nice, looks at the job and says he can't do the lights as he was only scheduled for 1 and 1/2 hours and he needs more time. I call the owner he says he will look into it and call me back. Office calls the person and says he has to leave my house and not do the job. Owner doesn't call back for several hours and then yells at me.
I don't need the stress of dealing with these people, no work except for the minor door got done today and the internal people are messing up the owners business, I hope he wakes up to the fact.
I went online and saw other review where there were similar problems.
So I am done, be careful and make sure that if you schedule with this firm they give you enough time so you can actually get something done. "
